Once you enter the room, the wooden framework is the first thing that catches the eye. This used to be the attic of an old motorbike manufactory. It was converted into office spaces in 2001 and in 2017 reconstructed into a modern event space with an industrial look.

The building is situated on a quiet side street in the middle of the popular Glockenbach quarter. An elevator takes you to the 110 sqm room on the 4th floor. Here you can host events and meetings of various types and up to 90 people. Flexible furniture allow individual seating and working arrangements. There are also ample devices to make your event as creative as possible: an 8 sqm magnetic blackboard, 6 sqm of whiteboard space, a 65\" TV, a sound system with microphone, flip charts, bulletin boards among other things.

An open but barely visible kitchen (including a coffee machine and a carbonator) is also part of \"Dachwerk\" as well as two toilets and a shower. Upon your request we are happy to organize the catering, preferably with restaurants in the area, that are known for their quality, passion and creativity.

Location lies within walking distance to the Isar river, the famous \"Viktualien\" market and the Marienplatz. It is also located close to many public transport options. Parking is available at the public parking Contipark on Oberanger 27, there are also 2 parking spaces on the premises.
