Our house has three partly combinable event rooms for up to 70 people. All event rooms have natural light and are equipped with air conditioning, soundproofed doors and windows, central lighting control and fast Internet access via DSL and WLAN. With all the technical functionality, they also offer a particularly nice ambience with precious wood paneling and a warm, pleasant light. We combine typical Bavarian flair with comfort and modern elements and welcome our guests with a ‘Welcome home’.

The hotel is located in the Munich-Riem district, just a 4-minute drive (800m) from the ‘New Munich Trade Fair Centre’. The city centre is only 15 minutes away by car or S-Bahn (Riem station 400m).
There is free parking in front of the building and we can reserve a parking space for you in our underground car park for a fee. We have a charging station for electric cars in the underground car park.

Our 91 renovated rooms all have comfortable box-spring beds with an extra length of 2.05 metres and a minimum width of 1.40 metres. They are also equipped with fast and secure Wi-Fi, individually adjustable air conditioning, flat-screen TV, safe, underfloor heating in the bathrooms and a cosy seating area.
We have given the minibars a well-deserved retirement. There are two good reasons for this: Environmental protection and waste avoidance.
In our lobby therefore we have an honesty bar open 24/7 with a wide range of snacks and drinks to quench your hunger and thirst.

Our hotel has three function rooms, some of which can be combined, for up to 70 people. Our event team will be happy to assist with the organisation and implementation of any events.

Our restaurant DER BIERMANN takes care of the physical well-being. Here good food can simply be enjoyed. In a cosy atmosphere with relaxed and uncomplicated service. This is the way to experience the Bavarian way of life. In summer, especially on our beautiful sun terrace in the inner courtyard.

Here is also the place where our guests enjoy their breakfast. For all early birds it starts at 07:00 and we are also happy to bring it up to the rooms on request.
